By registering an account or placing a wager with Basswin you accept the rules set out below, which form a binding agreement between you and the operator. Please read them before depositing.

Account Registration and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or older where the law of your place of residence sets a higher threshold, and you must be acting on your own behalf rather than for a third party. One account is permitted per person, household, shared device, and IP address.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Verification

Funds may only be deposited from a payment instrument held in your own name. Withdrawals are, wherever technically possible, returned to the original source of the deposit before any alternative method is considered.

Full identity verification must be completed before a first withdrawal is released. We may also request verification at other points — following a large win, a change of payment method, or where automated monitoring flags a transaction — and processing will pause until the documents requested are received and reviewed.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed within a stated processing window; the time taken for funds to reach you afterwards depends on the payment provider and is outside our control. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, along with any applicable limits per period, are published in the cashier.

Accounts inactive for an extended period may attract an administrative charge as disclosed in the cashier, applied only to a positive balance and never taking that balance below zero. We will attempt to contact you at the registered email address before any such charge is applied.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

Every promotional offer carries its own conditions, published alongside the offer and forming part of these terms. Where a specific offer term conflicts with a general rule in this document, the specific term prevails for that offer only.

Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Contribution towards those requirements varies by game category — slots typically contribute in full while table games, video poker, and live-dealer titles contribute at a reduced rate or not at all, as detailed in the offer.

Maximum stake restrictions apply while a bonus balance is active. Exceeding the permitted stake, placing wagers with a low-risk or hedged pattern designed to convert bonus funds with minimal exposure, or using a bonus in conjunction with any other unless expressly permitted, will void the bonus and associated winnings.

Basswin reserves the right to withdraw or amend a promotion at any time. Where an offer has already been claimed and wagering has commenced in good faith, existing participants will be permitted to complete the offer under its original conditions.

Game Integrity, Errors, and Suspension

All outcomes are determined by random number generators supplied by our game partners. Server-side records constitute the definitive account of any round; where a client display contradicts the server log, the server log governs.

If a game malfunctions, all associated wagers and payouts are void. Where a round is interrupted by a disconnection, it will normally resume from the last recorded state on your next login, and if resumption is impossible the stake is returned.

Manifest errors in odds, payout tables, or credited amounts may be corrected retrospectively. Where an error has produced a credit to which you were not entitled, we may recover the amount from your balance or, if already withdrawn, request its return.

We may suspend or close an account where we identify collusion, use of automated play software, exploitation of a technical fault, chargeback activity, or conduct that in our reasonable judgement threatens other players or the platform. Where suspension is precautionary, we will explain the reason once any investigation permits.

Liability, Complaints, and Governing Law

The service is supplied as it stands. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability and accept no liability for losses arising from connectivity failures, device faults, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

Complaints should first be raised with our support desk, which will acknowledge receipt and aim to resolve the matter within the timescale published in our help centre. If you remain dissatisfied, you may escalate to the licensing authority under which the operator is registered.

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the operator is registered. Nothing in this document limits any statutory right you hold as a consumer that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may revise these terms to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational change. Material amendments will be notified to your registered email address and posted on this page with an updated revision date; continued use of the account after that date signifies acceptance.
